Christine "Bo" O-Connor-Hall, LMT

is our resident Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher at Cofrancesco Chiropractic & Healing Arts. Bo first began exploring the mechanics of the body while a theater major at Emerson College.

Bo is a graduate of Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy’s Clinical Massage program with 1100 hours of classroom time in a variety of modalities. She is licensed in Connecticut and New York and is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She draws upon her education and experience to craft unique sessions for each client to provide the most effective massage possible, promoting stress relief, pain reduction, relaxation, and greater ease in the muscular system.

Bo completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at West Hartford Yoga and has since studied extensively with Jill Miller, becoming a Licensed Yoga Tune Up teacher in 2010. Yoga Tune Up deals with the nuts and bolts of human movement through the lens of yoga by specifically addressing body parts that have been misused, underused and abused. Yoga Tune Up utilizes unique and creative exercises along with self massage to help students develop stronger, healthier and and more mobile bodies.
